There's a lot of potential, but you need to find it, you need to push for it. There isn't a carrot dangling in front of you, it's hiding somewhere and you need to find it. It would be nice for some clues from time to time, but I don't mind.

We can chat openly and work together quite well. It is difficult being spread across the globe with little to no chance of actually seeing each other.

The difference we can make, not just the difference we do make everyday, but the difference we could make in the future with things we haven't built yet.

There doesn't seem to be a clear promotional path or succession plan within our group. The benefits in countries outside of the US and UK are terrible or nearly non-existent, especially compared to other companies with far more attractive employee benefit programs.
