My leadership team is not only invested in the company's success, but I also feel they are invested in the company culture and individual growth and success. To me, this makes all the difference.
Hands down the most positive thing about our culture is that we have a growth mindset that isn't limited to company growth of the bottom line but inclusive of personal growth as humans as well.
The people and our mission. Our company mission isn't just marketing speak, we truly are helping people every day with what we do. The ability to help people every single day is what makes me happy.
Our company culture has a healthy work-life balence, promotes personal growth, and has varried oppurtunities to be involved in various diverse Employee Resource Groups that provide a place for individuals to get involved, learn, gather, and give back.
Our team is collaborative and always willing to lend a hand in helping others learn, grow, and succeed. They are invested in team and orginizational success rather than individual status. There is a healthy balance of autonomy and support.
The additional "extras" that they make available to us for growth and being a well rounded, balanced, human. As an example: they offer the Headspace app complementary, online and in person Employee Groups and activities (D&I and EEO based), Percipio, etc.
