Public Storage: Ive been here a long time amd i have enjoyed all of it. It has its ups amd downs but in total i wouldnt change it. I plan on retiring from here so i have gotten out as much as i have put in.
Public Storage: Started working here for work life balance and that has been a consistent positive. At times, accountability across all departments can be frustrating and over reporting seems ineffective. Benefits could be improved. Company needs to focus on development for bench and team instead of reporting.
Public Storage: Working hard pays off with development and gaining insight to running a large company but can become exhausting with good compensation but not great compensation compared to overall company results
Public Storage: I enjoy my work and am self driven to do great things. I invest my time in my people and enjoy building a great team. I enjoy time with my peers as well. The work is overwhelming at times, but I also see that the company is working to help with the workload.
LexisNexis Risk Solutions: The company has some pretty severe faults - just like me. But overall, the people are good to work with and the work / life balance is as good as I have ever had it. The pay is reasonable too.

Ally Financial Inc.: My car was stolen and totaled and Ally made it extremely difficult to utilize the gap insurance I pay for. Customer service was condesending and gave differnt answers for the same questions.

Hilton Grand Vacations: They need to improve their onesty in sales presentations instead of flat out lying to customers.

First Republic Bank: Management took risks to drive growth and it cost us a lot of money. They played fast and loose and should be held accountable. I hope they lost a lot more than we did.

Brown & Brown Insurance: Hire and train workers. Evaluate them for competency. That should include managers.

TD Ameritrade: Longtime TDA customer. Utilized Mobile Deposit Feature via phone app. Check bounced and came back as NSF. Multiple accounts flagged and restricted for over 90+ days for investigation. After patiently waiting for 90+ days, I am now told my accounts are 0. I haven't seen a single dime of my money.

El Pollo Loco: Their customer service has worsen over the years, they will not contact you to resolve problems, they want to nickel and dime you for anything you want to add, items continuously missing from orders, skimp on ingredients or portions and no one available to discuss this. Loyal customer for 20+ years.
Billings Clinic: Surgery for my son was great but his post surgery care was terrible. They didn't have a room for him and we were not able to see him for 5 hours after surgery. The room we were given was dirty and had human feces on the wall. It was not equipped with the necessary equipment. Nurse care was poor.
Mister Car Wash: The carwash doesnt clean my car its worse than when i brought it I am no longer coming here. It's a joke for the amount. I pay for a car wash that leaves extreme spots and does not clean my car at all. I am very disappointed.

DoorDash: Customer service. I had to go through several people in a weeks time to get a refund for an item that was not delivered. They tried to issue a credit instead and I had to keep calling them to get the resolution of a refund.
Cafe Rio Mexican Grill: is not bad but could be better special if the company pay the staff minimum wage compare with other company's

I was never shown a vehicle before purchase, was not offered a test drive, was not shown what options were available, and was treated as an inferior customer.

LexisNexis Risk Solutions: My team are amazing but the overall feel of the company is negative as we now no longer feel valued and have been given almost impossible targets. We can't even see our team as they live in different states and the company won't approve travel for team meet ups.

Equity Bank: The company will give its employees a diverse experience and knowledge of customers, products among others. A huge population of the employees are underpaid and the CEO does not care, hiring and firing is a norm, most cant talk and prefer to speak anonymously. It should be the highest paying bank

Jostens: I have been trying to get in touch with the local rep and he answered any of the messages I have left. Get a local rep that can reply to customers.
Western Union: Constant change in the technology. Lots of opportunities to grow

DoorDash: I believe the company has an excellent reputation for doing outstanding work and drivers either meet or exceed customers requests when necessary.
