It's so-so. Could be a LOT better if they stop treating us like we don't know for a fact we're being underpaid.

My manager is exceptional. There has been a lot of change at the top, they are CONSTANTLY changing priorities making it impossible to get anything done. They promote folks in one department despite telling everyone we can't promote people right now. Poor executive leadership.

I am extremely underpaid for the market. I should be making at least $25k more. This is par for the course for this entire organization. They underpay everyone and tell you that it is offset with the perks and benefits. The perks are terrible. So is the insurance.
