There has been lots of upskilling as I (a data analyst ) have had to fill knowledge gaps in strategy, commercialisation, engineering and team management. I like learning so I've enjoyed it, but it would be better to expand the team or be promoted to team lead, but LNRS are slow to approve these.

Mismanaged expectations around growth opportunities and responsibilities of the role. On a small scale, I feel invested in by my manager and leadership team, but it doesn't feel like they have much authority on promotions and raises so large scale it feels very out of sight and transactional.

It's a culture of "fail fast" and "work smarter not harder", so we achieve a lot and the effort feels distributed across everyone.

From my understanding, my compensation package is mostly perks at work and health insurance, so perhaps I'm not aware of the whole package. But I would answer health insurance.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I am paid well for the job I officially have, but not the role I actually do. With no promotions or FTE contracts starting in 2023, we are covering wider remits and have more responsibilities and expectations without the appropriate compensation.
