I like the culture and excellent people and want to work here a long time. My greatest worry is that the company will continue to shift toward the modern tech model and adopt that culture where people work 2-5 years, burn out, and leave. Stop! Long employee tenure is a positive indicator of health!

They are talented and very committed to the success of the company. I appreciate that the vast majority operate in an ethical and professional manner.

Helping my team succeed. It is satisfying when we have a success and please out customers, but much more so when a team member experiences growth, a positive project outcome, or when they are genuinely happy with their situation.

They are genuine, team players, and get their jobs done. I have worked at other places where a decent chunk of workers were not good at their job and it made it tough on the rest of us. That is not the case here and I very much appreciate it.

Most people are reasonable and definitely helpful. People care about each other. There is pressure from leadership and certainly there are times when you have to work extra extra hard to get things done, but it is not constant and crushing to the extent that burnout is inevitable (for now...)
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
It's not in line with market rates, and that makes hiring difficult at times. Once in a while, I feel a bit underpaid compared to peers in other companies, but I must admit I do not dwell on it because I believe we have a better culture and I wouldn't trade it for money.
