It's a good company. Some of newer members of the C-suite don't understand the culture of the employees or company & are trying to turn us into the company he left. Good people are leaving due to lack of flexibility and antiquated views on work.

We are diverse in everyway, culutures, genders, orientations. I love how multi we are

It moved super fast for me. I hear it's not that way for everyone

Some of them are very open and transparent about direction. They give the why behind changes and actions.

Our ERGs that allow us to have a community with the organization and allows us to share views and thoughts without repercussions

We are all very skilled and compliment each other nicely. If am weaker in an area I have teammates that can help
