Lately with more exposure to higher ranks, I have seen other type of ethics and values displayed, that conflict with what I hear is our goals. I don't think there is courage to speak about this to affect change. Not all executives are advocates.
Sabre Corporation: work hard, give you best while dealing with burocracy, have new tools that they work worse than the previous ones and limited options to get a training or improve my knowledge. There's never time for it, I do some trainings between calls since I'm not getting authorized to get time for training.

Sabre Corporation: I have been with the company for many years. I left for a brief period and came back. I love the travel industry, I like working for Sabre and I have seen a shift in the culture of the company for the better. Happy to be working here.
Sabre Corporation: Overall, very positive. I work for a great team and with great people on other teams. Leadership is really good now all the way up to CEO. The migration we are currently working is daunting and it seems there is too much work at one time. This is the only issue.
Sabre Corporation: I enjoy working at Sabre and the culture the company provides. The thing i have enjoyed the most is ability to expand my horizons in a way that positively impacts our customers. An area of improvement would be mid-level management and execution on stated goals.

Sabre Corporation: great company with great history. But struggling in last 3 years post-Covid. Company mostly is reactive. Things that were supposed to be big revenue drivers don't really produce revenue as forecasted. Due to cash crunch, chances of coming layoff are always at back of the mind and that's not good.
Sabre Corporation: overall a positive experience, with a healthy culture and working environment. The concern is the long term future direction of the business and how we adjust to put us in a strong position
Sabre Corporation: I have been with Sabre for almost 10 years and I can say that it is the best company to work for. A few years ago, I left for another job opportunity and really missed working at Sabre, so I am back in a new role and new challenges. Feels like home to me.
