Several years with no salary adjustment, and when there is finally a salary adjustment it is lower than inflation.

Producing valuable results, and work in an stable team. a team that I am comfortable communicating with, and are also working hard like I do.

Everybody treats each other with respect and try to get the best of each of us for the company goals. Also we are always innovating, you never get bored.

For the position I have my salary is very low, it is not competitive. It has not changed in 3 years or more, except for the 2% for 2 years to compensate an inflation of 15% for the 2 years. I always get praised for the job I do but my salary does not change.
