There has been times when it has been hard to work for Sabre. However, I have always known that Sabre is a very good company that cares about its customers and team. We make lots of mistakes which we sometimes repeat. This is frustrating. However, the new leadership is very good.

Whilst there has been testing times, Sabre has always come through for me. My leaders value the work I do, praise my achievements and support me when we have to deal with challenging work matters. And so in summary my experience has been very good.

They are smart, they all seem to care about the customers and the job they do. Well most care.

I know the job I do was paid better to the previous person doing it. I know in the market they pay better. Why do I stay? Because, money is not always everything.

I am proud to work for Sabre, we do what we can with honesty and integrity for our customers. I share Sabre's ethic and Values. Saying this, when comparing similar roles in the market there is a gap and I know that if you were to recruit for my position you will need to close that gap.
