What needs to change...Start from the top and work your way down. We aren't just numbers or machines even if some work like it.
We need someone to help improve communication and better quality people. Some have been there for years and are relying on that to get by, not really working any more.
All I ever get is "We'll talk to them" when I go to them about an issue, which I don't do often. They come to me about an opening, I apply and get passed over
I am under staffed and do the work of at least 2 people. I am doing night shifts as it's ripping my marriage apart. No raise or getting to move up or back to afternoon shifts. I keep asking and all I get is "We'll talk to them" when I ask for help about problem employees.
