My experience working st sams has been very unplesant. Management nor other employees uphold the values that sams club strives for. From how i've witnessed employees and management yell at customers, to how i've been poorly treated by management. I would never recommend anyone to work at sams club.

Communicating with employees in a dignified and empathetic manner when they are going through unforseen life changes. Speaking to customers respectfully and showing some kind of care or empathathy when they are experiencing valid issues with sams club.

My concerns have been pushed to the side and Unacknowledged. Management does not seem to care for their employees well being. only numbers and sales matter. A livable wage to compensate for the cost of living would help.
