I like the open communication from the leadership team - there are regular all hands meetings, weekly emails from the CEO, weekly team meetings, and daily help from my manager ... if I need it.

The opportunity to help serve people in our community with people from work. When people at work say they are going to help, they help. I appreciate the support I receive with my work, too.

I like that the leadership team is positive, encouraging, and supportive of my work. I feel like they truly care about our customers, merchants, and all our team members. I like that the leaders are focusing on corporate social responsibility.
