A part time consultant earned the same salary as me for my full time work.

I've been with the company for almost 6 years. Most of my department has started after me. I get paid less than my peers who are at the same level as me. They have also received a bonus for the past few years that I wasn't given. I have always worked hard and been a good employee. It's unfair.
