In Costa Rica, the dollar is going down. They helped half of the company by giving them a bonus and totally forgot about the other half , totally unfair and unethical. How does a company help just half of the people when ALL have been affected? I am still in shock.. Snap is unfair

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, knowing the Snap Finance only helped people from 2019 and forward with the bonus and totally forgot about employees hired from 2018 and back is unacceptable. The dollar went down for EVERYBODY, not only for people hired on 2019. The dollar decreased in 2021, so we ALL were affected.
