Listen to your employees. Constructive criticism should not be considered "Negative Language". Take accountability for what is happening, stop getting offended when the process does not work. Look out for the business not your friends. Address frustrations and do try to wash them away with jokes.

Under qualified people are given titles with the freedom to do as they please. No accountability, no trust, no confidence, horrible communication and Friends over business.

Stop demotivation your employees. Ask for feedback instead of guessing what to do next. Remove the fear that disagreeing will get you fired. Do right by the company and be ethical. BUILD BACK THE TRUST! Acknowledge hard work and dedicated employees. Money is not everything we need to feel valued.
