What is the best part about your compensation package?
Snap does a great job recruiting top talent, and making sure they are compensated fairly. The fact that there is opportunity to grow and that talent and hard work are rewarded is great. The best part for me is the opportunity.

i dont feel undervalued i feel that with the economy has made it more hard for us to live! $20 hr is the new $13hr pay with how things are.. time for a second job or more money
