What does the leadership team need to get better at?
In Costa Rica we are having big issues with our salary, the devaluation of the dollar cause that nowadays we received 25% less of our salary when we transform our salary in our currency to pay education, food, medicine, home. We haven't received any notice from Snap and if the company cares.

the situation in CR is with the low exchange rate, which has devaluate the salary in an 18-19%

With the devaluation of the dollar in Costa Rica the salary every month is less and is changing this make things a bit harder stay in a budget. It could be consider an increase or change the salary to colones.
