Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Snap has no long-term incentives/profit sharing/equity programs. They've talked about doing this in the past but the leadership failed at executing on it. It clearly isn't a priority. "Why buy the cow, when the milk is free?"

- First, the benefits of personal days did not apply to me because even though I had been in the company for 5 years, I had to wait until I was 6 years old for it to apply. - Second, only some Snap employees were given a bonus, I was not included and the instability of the dollar affects us all.

Austerity has turned the company into a dog eat dog world. Too many mouths to feed. Unclear/lack of ownership on key processes. Incredible difficulty of getting information on how our systems work. Way too many unproductive meetings.
