Management. He has bad temper, ignorant, not polite to customers or staff, made a member of staff cry by being rude, doesn't help with anything. Area manager doesn't take staff complaints seriously.

Caring for and respecting their staff and their staff's needs, see importance of medical attention when staff bleeding on shift, no sarcastic or rude comments, treating staff with respect, listening to complaints made by staff and be more helpful and give contracted hours not less.

they take me seriously, they do not help at all. I would like the management team to be evaluated, they need to sort out compensation for staff. I have cut my finger badly needing stitches and burned myself at work (both in accident book) and didn't receive sick pay or compensation.
