I love the leaders at Syndigo! They are authentic, friendly, caring and so smart! Our leadership team is invested and I am so grateful for how much they clearly care about us as people!

Our team is super collaborative! We share ideas, failures and wins! We are navigating some significant professional changes together right now, but we'll be better for it! We have a phenomenal team in place!

My team is seriously the best! Everyone I interact with is hardworking and always willing to lend a hand! Together, we find ways to collaborate so everyone wins! It's such an energizing environment! I never want to leave!

I was brand new to Syndigo when my grandmother passed away. The HR team sent me a gift card with a thoughtful note. It made me feel supported. I also felt like I could grieve appropriately without worrying about my job.

Each day is different. I love the impact I can have by bringing new people into the organization that will make us even more successful! I really enjoy our team and my responsibilities. Most of all, I adore my leader - Chuck Hutsell!

I feel strongly aligned with our company values (innovation, passion, collaboration, empowerment and authenticity)! We have such a diverse group of global employees and it feels comforting because we all bring something different to the table! We're always challenging one another to be better!

I am in my element here at Syndigo! I love my leader, my coworkers and the job I get to do every single day. I feel fulfilled and energized. I also feel incredibly supported, encouraged and challenged in the best ways possible! People here are incredible!

I have a great annual salary and our benefits make me feel like I'm taken care of! I love our paid volunteer time off as well as 3 floating holidays throughout the year! There are tons of free perks that I'm looking forward to taking advantage of!
