I know what the market looks like from a base/variable/bonus structure and we aren't close. I know of direct reports who are making more than me in newer positions outside of Syndigo (and this is nearly every direct report).

A lot of internal issues need to be fix, the other team need to be more comprehensive to see that the issue is not relate to a certain team.
