My experience with the company has been altogether neutral. There are some great things happening, but not at the speed of other tech companies. I wish there were more people to take workloads so we're not as encumbered.

If I receive any breaks during work, I am most happy.

The level of transparency and involvement. Bi-weekly and monthly updates are great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That my direct manager see's and views me as a person and not just a production machine.

My team are open books with a diverse background set allowing me to ask questions and receive efficient answers swiftly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The money, but when compared to other tech companies, Syndigo falls behind with the lack of 100% insurance coverage, unlimited PTO and other common perks.
