As per market standards its pretty low. When Syndigo can pay well within a team for a new lateral hire, they can definitely pay much better for existing employees who know the product well

Top leadership only looks at metrics. They don't have a clue that people drive metrics. When you challenge that fact that PEOPLE hit goals, leadership can get aggressive. We have an EXTREMELY high turnover because TOP leadership treats people like they are disposable. No work life balance.
