The standard rate for a raise is 3%. That does not account for the cost of inflation in the 2 main cities where we have offices. Chicago and Nashville are two very expensive cities and 3% does not nearly cover the cost of living adjustment with inflation. There should be a minimum of 6-8% raise.

living pay check to pay can make working pointless. but besides pay, receiving company budget to fix your office, get better equipment, more comfortable chair, standup desks, would make being in the "office" more enjoyable/comfortable. eliminating internal meetings on Fridays would be nice.
