What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base Pay is industry competive. That being said not sure that holds across all positions and seniority levels.

Definitely correcting to market salary

The current market is extremely hot, which is leading to some seriously massive compensation hikes being offered. Syndigo does not seem to have any retention plans that can match that.
