A can-do attitude with equal focus on solving tactical right-now tasks and building processes that will strategically improve delivery
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The current market is extremely hot, which is leading to some seriously massive compensation hikes being offered. Syndigo does not seem to have any retention plans that can match that.
