The culture and environment invited us to utilize our talents and to openly express what we believe is best for the organization. Not every idea is used, but it is at least heard and considered.

I appreciate their willingness of our leadership to listen to feedback from employees and use their positions to work together on options that can incorporate those ideas into action, when appropriate. Our leadership care about our employees and it shows in the organizational decisions they make.

There is a lot of great talent on our team who are willing to go the extra mile in their work daily, which raises the bar for all of us to do our best. This type of team mentality improves our culture now and for the future.
