Some sort of a sign that something is actually being done. We barely even hear talk that moves are being made to remedy our staffing problems. We are about to open a hospital, and we can barely run just an outpatient clinic presently.

Our patients are constantly frustrated with interactions with our clinics. I come in every day to no direction, no leadership, substandard pay, and a constant fear about what tone deaf edict is going to come down from on high and further contaminate an already toxic workplace.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I know fully well I can take my skills to 2 other hospitals in town, or hundreds nationally and make considerably more money. No one cares about our pension, and honestly, people in their 20s and 30s don't care about how great our health insurance is. Leadership needs to STOP IGNORING these facts.

They need to get realistic about the fact our pay isn't anywhere near market. This is made even worse by the fact we are often doing the jobs of multiple people due to their inability to properly staff our team, and our department. We need resources, we get new org charts and aimless meetings

I work with some of the best and brightest people anyone could ever ask to work for. The few of us who remain are doing an amazing job of functioning in a complete leadership vacuum with zero information on what is actually going on. Our team is all that stands between UT and complete chaos.
