Overall I have had a great experience for 14 years at UT Health. I have met amazing people along the way and get to be at the cutting edge of healthcare in my field. I feel like we are a staple to the community and do important things.

I appreciate the work-life balance afforded with ample PTO and holidays during the year, along with great insurance and now family leave. I do not feel like I am micromanaged and have flexibility to use my time as needed as long as I get my job done.
