I feel like there can be better responses from leadership team when asked questions or asked for help in certain areas. I also feel that encouragement and acknowledgement of the employees are also very important in helping your team do their very best each and every day.

They are committed to serving our patients in a compassionate manner and always strive to get them the best care possible.

We all work together help one another by bringing patients back in a timely manner and making them feel comfortable with us and the rest of the staff.

I love that we see so many patients from different backgrounds and nationalities. We are able to communicate with them using our translator no matter what language they speak.

Just being here and being able to meet new people and help the patients leave here with a smile on their face. I always strive to make them leave here better than how they came in.

I just wish that employees were able to attend school and work at UT Health at the same time by working with their schedules as far as being able to possibly do part time while in school.
