
Goals are high and not realistic for the location. Not a high traffic store near shopping so only local residents of neighborhood come to store but commission goals are incredibly high even when you put in a ton of Overtime still hard to achieve
Realistic goals and get back to taking care of customers and pay employees that have high customer service scores a commission for that. We only get paid for what we sell not for saving customers who may have left or any of the problems we solve on a daily basis
Money and commission needs a drastic overhaul. The company pockets so much and pays out so little with outrageous goals. Also being able to sell home WiFi like the competition would set us up for the future as the options are limited need to corner that market along with cable
All employees are very aggressive only because that's the only way to make money. The more people you help more money you make however that makes your customer service take a back seat because you are trying to get to the next sale instead of taking care of the person in front of you.
