my brothers/sisters are great, they help when they can, give great information answer questions and make me better at my job
nothing, there were multiple test to take and pass both written, then oral, then if you passed them the interview started
the management needs to be more people focused rather then numbers. they dont care how you get it done as long as you get it done below time and more then what they need
the management doesn't care about the employees or even customers, they only care about numbers and exceeding them for their own personal bonus'. the pay is great, thanks to the union but if you're not happy no amount of money is worth it
the morning meetings is all about how low the numbers are even though they have been met. management wants more then what they ask for and push you to do it and punish you if you dont. they have their favorites that get the clean easy jobs and then there are the rest of us
