My GM, AM, and everyone else is kind and supportive. I would have rather spent Thanksgiving there than with my grandparents kind of. My franchise owners and whatnot. I'm not even sure if they look at us like we're human.

I have worked diligently for a year, one of the senior employees, come with half a decade of gas station experience, and men get more money than me. Or maybe it's because I have a disability. Or I'm an insubordinate woman....

It's truthfully one bad apple that's at my store, and I've seen so many good workers leave, bc he's unfortunately in a higher position. But I'm not even religious, they've prayed for me, cried with me, reached out to me. I'm not so alone. I have friends. I have like minded "misfits" I love em.
