There are no positives about the overall culture. Everything good was created by individual teams with no actual support from the company/leadership
Interview process was fast and simple -- initial screener with recruiter, came in and met with a few people on the team, then had an offer within a few days.
Individual teams are doing their best, but there is no diversity infrastructure or fair process to hiring. People just tap someone they know, because HR is so slow it can take months to hire going through them
Benefits are bare-minimum. When I started, there wasn't even any 401(k) match until after you hit a full year with the company. Maternity is bare minimum, if that. Paternity is nonexistent. People who leave have to file a claim to get PTO paid out. Compensation is just ok. Not worth it for the hours
