Transparency and communication. I understand what the company goals are, I feel like I understand how the company is performing, and who the executives are, because we get to see them and hear from them.

I truly feel like we are encouraged to not over work, or work ourselves sick. Also, we are encouraged to take necessary time to take care of ourselves and our families. I also enjoy the charitable giving we do together as a company.

While I think individuals struggle with communication, overall the communication from the top down is strong. That includes knowing that people live where they prefer, they take vacations, they share what company values align with them...I think the company values being demonstrated is key.
