Varies widely from day to day. Some days it's great. During peaks, which seem to get longer and longer, my work/life balance suffers. I'm answering this survey on a Sunday at the end of a 4-5 hour working session just to keep up with my load and be able to sleep tonight before starting tomorrow.

Having yes or no questions in this section is challenging. Are you satisfied with work/life balance - most of the time yes, but there are other times that are challenging. I am in a good group with a good leader. I would recommend joining my team to anyone. I don't recommend joining all teams here

We have 6 big projects and 3 smaller ones annually. Finishing the big projects successfully is a good day.
