i feel i make fair money for what i do. taking into consideration inflation, the recent raises feel just, and that is appreciated. the benefits are good. i wish there was more 401k match like other companies.
there have been questions, concerns, and suggestions brought to the attention of leadership which do not get addressed. a lack of communication interdepartmentally causes a negative experience for the customer. my responsibility is to be on the receiving end of that frustration.
communication in addressing concerns. i have brought many things to the attention of leadership, as well as my coach, without getting any responses. these things would make my job easier and provide a better customer experience. unfortunately i have to deal with the negative customer experience.
