
The genuinely seem to care about culture and cultural growth.
Getting to see the results of what I do, getting to influence end games, and work across teams.
For the most part, people are team players with good attitudes. We're all willing to help each other. Everyone is intelligent and gets stuff done.
I feel stuck in terms of being able to move up despite proactively asking for development and help. Outside similar opportunities sometimes pay better and offer ways of feeling progression even if I can't move "up" , but our culture has kept me here.
The openness to be challenged. The people-first approach. I've never once been told to put work above my familial needs, mental health, or anything personal. The flexibility to focus on being my healthiest, best self so I can bring my A game to work everyday is a top reason I stay.
