It's been a long tenure and great overall. It's very fast paced and lot is expected in terms of time, flexibility and commitment.
The people I work with, no question
They are available, open and generous
We work fast, hard and we have fun.
the people that I work with
forward thinking, innovative, fun, caring
It's making strides toward being more inclusive and they reward hard work.
We work hard, we help each other and communciate and we have fun.
I believe that I am paid at the low level of my range and not paid for my scope of support, as compared to other employees at my level.
They challenge and they ask us to move fast, but they reward and recognize consistently and appropriately. They also "keep it real". They are executives and they are incredibly smart and talented but they are human beings and I see and feel that.
The scope that I have is broad and the number of direct reports is substantial. Compared to peers who have a narrow scope and one/two (or no direct reports) my fear is compensation is not equitable. As a hispanic woman and based on industry trends it is most likely I am not compensated equally.
