Asurion is great, best place I've ever worked, but the work load becomes a problem, and some of the compensation guidelines in terms of career advancement and stock could be more transparent.

Working on cool projects, with reasonable expectations, and challenging work that forces me to learn, adjust and adapt.

Unlike previous companies, Asurion actually promotes and recognizes folks for efforts, and also doesn't just say we "innovate and try new things" we actually do it, sometimes to our detriment, but at least we're pushing.

Being on two chat platforms greatly impacts a team like mine, I really wish Asurion would pick either Teams or Slack, preferably Slack so we're not trying to stay on top of 2 platforms and missing important conversations or catching up with colleagues.

Tony Detter seems like a genuine, nice person, I like that he isn't afraid to correct himself or make the right call even if it's not "popular". Specifically around George Floyd, COVID 19, etc. Also it's great to have him make suggestions for employees general well being outside of Asurion.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
Specifics around stock grants and how to get them. They are a large part of what's keeping me here, and knowing I will get more and how they are awarded would be helpful, it's a great retention tool but the process is completely unknown. Also, feels like I'm doing work above my title often.
