colleague happy ,smiling face, someone need help always there to help and share the working skills, greeting to each other, even working long hours feeling more energy

same thing, company need to know old employee by teaching new comer should get training fee, rather we loosing our time, no proper training , can not produce good production instead leads pin point mistake without training, leads without telling you what to do

Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?

telling me that new people coming more wages that those staying longer time, all will raise the same time, unfair is we need teaching new comer,mostly old employee not willing to teach new comer(or changing shift)should scale the good quality employee, a little hard for keeping experience employee

Che cosa si deve cambiare affinché la cultura aziendale migliore?

for me , I use to working big field company, company will send trainer to motivation, skills, idea, sharing for few days, sharpen our mind be positive toward each other, also have competition that's help company build a lo , boost up positive employee as we say win/win situation, growing up healthy

Cosa ti piace di più del team di leadership?

We are working in the big group team (TLC), not much communication, also not much training 2nd shift and 3rd shift working system different , wrong sending out the phone will get point down. problem is nobody give advice as lead , ( ex: staging sticker some shift keep on desk some sending down
