You have to put in a couple of years before you can reap the benefits of the work culture at Barracuda. When you make a mistake, there are people who will rush in to help you correct it and they will never rub it in. You don't want to meetings to end and you log out reluctantly.

Many of the folks have been around for 5 years or more which is very reassuring and so you have a lot of folks to go to for assistance.

The pay is credited a few days before the end of each month which is a big relief. The breakdown of the package is very simple and the math is easy.

They gel well as a team and mean well. Individually each of them appear to be awesome but it would help to gain some insights into their personal characteristics (without affecting their privacy).

The leadership team has put in place several checks to ensure customer satisfaction. I am surprised at the number of employees monitoring customer-support interactions and following up with Tech Support and egging us on to do our best.

Customer concern. Unbelievable concern for customers being show-cased every day. Coffee breaks, wash room breaks, lunch/dinner everything is secondary. I also love how my team is willing to extend their work hours for the sake of a customer.

The energy that binds us together. Awesome co-workers from all over the world with a common purpose - Make each others day a great day, every day. And so we end up doing great things for our customers.

I love catching up with the activity in the slack channels that I missed when I was logged out. I also love the different perspectives that are brought to a conversation, through virtual meetings or in email threads. The people I work with are brilliant and extremely appreciative.

The pay is commensurate with what I do. However, I wish that the allowance for working the Night shift (we stay awake all night and so our sleep patterns are disturbed due to day time noises and fighting our biological clocks) was a lot higher than what it is right now. It is measly right now.
