Long term goal planning and expectation setting. Every year we shift our comp plans and communication is poor. It takes too long to set quota targets and we base next years goals off previous year's quota not actual sales. Increases go from 15% upward of 35% yoy.
Company does not take into consideration cost of living and inflation into raise pools leading to a lower than average wage on the West coast and higher than average wage in the South East. While we continue to grow as a company our wages have remained stagnant for years.
