Focus on doing less. Constantly pushing numerous P0 initiatives is causing burn out.
There is virtually no culture here. Almost nothing meaningful is done for employees. Just whipping the workers with no fun.
I am paid in an extremlly low percentile for my position in the market. I haven't received a raise in a couple of years. There is no offramp for my equity position.
I do not feel valued at all. Based on my conversations, very few do. There's little accountability across departments. Processes change, no one is informed and it's not documented. Hard to get anything done. The company can't get out of it's own way and align business priorities and process.
