At different times I have gone from loving it to hating it over the past 18 yrs. It's been more positive than negative. My frustration has been being skipped over year after year for promotion after receiving accolades for my work and receiving numerous 4's on my PMP.

My specific team is akin to a brotherhood. This has been the case in most of the groups I have been in in my 18 years at Bell. The only exceptions were some of the very large Engineering design groups I was in.

Bell has hinted at an adjustment, but I have only seen a few people get adjusted and they have all been junior level folks. I'm feeling the need to seek an adjustment soon someh
