I came to Bell as an unemployed Veteran in 2010 at age 50. I had been unemployed for 6 months and I had 9 US Patents. I have been issued 5 more US Patents and some Foreign Patents since I joined the team here. I am grateful to be here and be part of the team making history.

Compassionate leadership exists throughout Bell. The management at Bell will work with you as if you are a long term investment person. We all experience personal or family issues that need to be addressed. Bell is excellent in this regard.

The most overlooked feature about Bell is its Tech Fellow system which has the power and authority to break silos (individual program needs or schedules), to do the right thing. Having a Tech Fellow System ensures Bell will never have a whistle blower incident.
