Bell overall has been a great experience, people and the culture is overall one of the highlights of the company, but not only that, it is like a huge family out here. When one falls, others help to lift you up! You don't see that everywhere, without a doubt Bell was a great choice for employment!

My team is one of the best here at Bell, we all work well together and combine any wealth of knowledge together to get results and resolutions to any and all problems that come to us.

The culture is growth and there isn't anything negative about that! Knowing that if an opportunity arises, I have the opportunity to go for it and or ask for the development to get there. This isn't something that most companies help with, Bell is a great company to be with, and grow within.

I love that all though I do not interact with the ELT on a daily basis, I know I have their support and they also want to support all Bell employees. They have the company and the employees best interest in mind. We are all one and together we can produce the flight to go above and beyond.
