Coronavirus fears make coming to work a huge health risk, therefore not making it exciting.
They need to improve their extremely poor COVID-19 response. Leadership only cares about "asses in seats" and nothing else. Any questions brought up are immediately and rudely shot down. I've never had a problem with this company until the coronavirus revealed how terrible upper management is!
I feel undervalued because the company's coronavirus response makes us employees feel extremely expendable, because the company doesn't deem us important enough to keep us safe. They act like they can just replace us if we die, which is great for morale. (That bit about morale is sarcasm).
My team has similar values as mine, but with different enough backgrounds to make for some interesting food for thought. They seem like good people and it makes me want to work harder at my job not necessarily for the company, but so that I don't let my teammates down.
I feel that the treatment of women and minorities in my area is very fair - nobody acts gross or rude towards them, which used to be something I worried about for a future job. I can thankfully say that I have not seen that kind of thing at Bell.
