Instead of saying we are the best because we own the magazine, we need to actually listen to our customers and reinvest in our people. You want great managers, then hire up from within. They have learned the job from within and will be the best people to lead the company.
Priorities need to be set with what is actually hot going first. Talk with employees before changing everything up. The employees are the ones that know the job. Get a leadership team that actually cares about Bell instead of just themselves. It's almost like they want the doors to be locked.
